Mush Week

The Cozy, Clarity-Crafting Retreat for the Physically Lazy but Mentally Busy Entrepreneur

December 28th, 29th & 30th, 10am-1pm PST

Ahhhhh, Mush Week.

You know, the week between Christmas & New Years, where no one know's what day it is, or what they're supposed to be doing, and all we want to do is be cozy and lay around, but it also kinda feels like we should be getting stuff done and getting a head start on January?

This week is PERFECT for the deep work of strategic planning.

This liminal "no-man's land" of time with no appointments on the books feels dreamy, relaxed, and physically cozy — and that's a great state to be in as you nestle into your CEO seat.

This isn't some surface level "set some vague goals and buy a new planner" session.

This is a complete review of:

  • Your 2025 books, expenses, and budget (the REAL numbers)
  • Your offer suite, pricing, and launch strategy for the year ahead
  • A brush up of your messaging, positioning, and making sure your marketing is speaking to the clients you want to attract
  • Why your plans keep falling apart by March, and how to prevent it from happening this year
  • What patterns sabotage your execution when things get hard, and how to set yourself up for success
  • Who you need to BECOME in 2026 to actually hit your revenue goals next year

This is the planning intensive that bridges strategy AND the internal work — but the process wont feel like a dry Christmas cookie with sour milk.
(We keep things fun around here!)

One of the participants last year said they'd been in year-long coaching programs that cost $20k and didn't get the backend business insight, info, and support that they got in the first 3 hours of Mush Week.
Now THAT'S a testimonial!

Here's What We're Actually Doing Over These 3 Days

A complete strategic business review and 2026 planning intensive using my proprietary Elemental Entrepreneurship® framework.

We start by getting clear on what actually happened in 2025—looking at the real numbers and closing out the year properly.

I'll walk you through:

  • How to close out your 2025 books properly (so you're not scrambling at tax time)
  • Strategic end-of-year moves that actually save you money
  • The legal infrastructure gaps most entrepreneurs ignore (until they get sued or copied)
  • Which systems need to be documented NOW so that you can delegate and automate more

You'll leave Day 1 with:
A complete financial picture of 2025, a 2026 budget based on real data, and your legal and systems gaps identified.

AIR: Strategic Vision

Once we know where you actually are, we vision where you're going.

I'll teach you:

  • My ICA deep-dive methodology that ensures you're actually speaking to your right-and-ready ideal clients (this is where most people have their biggest "holy shit" moments)

  • How to identify your top 20% clients and reverse-engineer your entire marketing strategy around them

  • The messaging framework I use with my high-ticket clients to clarify positioning for consistent sales

  • Setting stretch goals for your most scaleable year (especially if it scares you)

You'll leave Day 1 with: Crystal clear ICA, messaging pillars that actually differentiate you in the market, and 2026 goals you're genuinely excited about.

Day 2 — FIRE: Revenue Strategy & Execution Plan

This is where we build your actual money-making plan for 2026.

Most entrepreneurs "wing it" all year.
You're going to have a complete launch calendar, marketing strategy, and month-by-month execution timeline before January even starts.

I'll guide you through:

  • Reviewing & refining your entire offer suite around what's most aligned & scaleable (what stays, what goes, what needs a rebrand)
  • My launch planning framework—how to map out every launch so nothing falls through the cracks
  • How to reverse-engineer your marketing timeline so you're not scrambling last-minute
  • The metrics that actually matter (and how to track them without making it a part-time job)
  • Strategic branding decisions for 2026

You'll leave Day 2 with: A complete 2026 launch calendar with dates, deadlines, and deliverables.
Marketing strategy that fits your life.
Month-by-month action plan so you know exactly what to do when.

THE IDENTITY PIECE:

Here's where it gets interesting.

Now that you know WHAT you're executing, I'll help you identify WHO you need to become to actually pull it off.

This is the part that separates people who execute their plans from people who don't.

We'll look at:

  • What version of you is required to hit these revenue goals?
  • What patterns sabotaged your 2025 execution (so you can address them NOW)
  • Where you'll want to quit in 2026, and what you'll need in those moments

You'll leave Day 2 with: Not just a plan, but awareness of what will try to stop you from executing it, and how to resource yourself for success in 2026.

Day 3 — WATER & SPIRIT: Build Your Internal Capacity to Execute

This is the day that separates this intensive from any other planning process you've done.

Most planning stops at strategy.
We go deeper.

Because you can have the perfect plan, but if YOU aren't resourced to execute it, the plan collects dust.

WATER: Emotional Capacity & Nervous System Support

I'll guide you through a deep review of 2025 that most entrepreneurs never do:

  • What emotionally challenged you most this year (and what you learned from it)
  • Your relationship dynamics with your business (this exercise alone is worth the price of admission)
  • The emotional patterns that capped your revenue or held you back from taking your boldest moves
  • How to resource yourself BEFORE you hit breaking point next year, so that you can be the person who reaches your goals

Then we build your 2026 Inner Operating System:

  • The practices that keep you physically, mentally, and emotionally resourced
  • How to communicate your needs to the people in your life
  • Building your support team so that when times get tough (like they always do), you know exactly what to do

You'll leave Day 3 with: A complete Inner Operating System for Success. The practices that go in your calendar. The support team you're building. The self-awareness to catch yourself before you spiral or burnout.

SPIRIT: Trust, Faith & Standing In Your Leadership

We close with the deepest work:

  • How you'll stay connected to trust when results aren't immediate
  • Building your capacity to hold uncertainty (this is the CEO skill no one teaches)
  • Spiritual hygiene practices that keep you grounded when shit gets hard

You'll leave Day 3 with: The internal operating system to actually execute your plan. The practices that keep you connected to trust in the inevitability of your success.
And a powerful future-self exercise that primes your nervous system for being the version of you who gets everything you want.

Let's Talk About Value (Because $77 Is Honestly Ridiculous)

If you hired me to do this work with you 1:1, here's what it would cost:

  • Marketing strategy with metrics & tracking: $500
  • Emotional capacity & nervous system support planning: $500
  • 40+ page strategic workbook: $197

I'm not doing this to make money. I'm doing this because:

  3. Mush Week is MY favorite time to do this work too, and I love doing it with company

So yes, $77 is insane for what you're going to get.

Here's The Thing About Planning...

You can make all the strategies and action plans you want.

But if YOU haven't grown to match your business growth, the plan won't stick.

If you're still operating as the Doer instead of the CEO, you'll keep hitting the same ceiling.

If you haven't addressed the patterns that sabotage your execution, February will look exactly like every other February.

This intensive bridges both:
We make the strategic plan AND we address who you need to become to execute it.

We look at your P&L AND your emotional capacity.

We plan your launches AND identify what will make you want to quit halfway through.

We build your revenue strategy AND map out the practices that will keep you resourced.

Because strategy without internal alignment fails every time.

Maybe you've experienced this before:

The courses you've bought. The programs you've joined. The plans you've made.

They were all good strategies. But something in the execution wasn't clicking.

2026 can be different.

And this intensive is where that shift begins.

FAQ

Do I need to attend live or can I just watch the replays?

You can totally watch replays! But I highly recommend attending live so you can:

  • Ask questions specific to YOUR business
  • Get real-time guidance as you work through the exercises
  • Feel the energy of doing this work alongside other entrepreneurs
  • Actually complete the work instead of "I'll watch the replay later" (we both know how that goes)

I'm not making a lot of money in my business yet. Is this still for me?

If you’re serious about growth and willing to think and act like a CEO now — even if your revenue doesn’t reflect it yet — yes.
This work is valuable at any stage.
But the deeper identity/capacity work will land differently depending on where you are in your business journey.

What if I can't make all 3 days?

Replays are available! But the magic happens when you do all 3 days in sequence. Each day builds on the previous one. If you can only make 2/3 days live, you'll still get massive value.

Is this woo-woo or strategic?

Both.
My methodology integrates business strategy with the internal work.
If you want ONLY strategy, this isn't for you.

Will you review my specific business/offer during the intensive?

This is a group intensive, not 1:1 consulting.
I'll teach the frameworks and guide you through the exercises, but I won't do individual business audits during our time together. (That's what my 1:1 work is for—DM me if you want to talk about that.)

What's the refund policy?

No refunds. This is $77 and you get access to the workbook + replays. You know if you need this or not.

I've done planning intensives before and nothing changed. Why would this be different?

Because most planning intensives only address strategy. We're addressing WHY you don't execute the strategy. That's the missing piece. If you're willing to do the deeper work on Day 3 (not just fill out the strategic templates on Days 1-2), this will be different.

P.S. This is 9 hours of strategic planning + a 40+ page workbook for $77. Even if you only implement 10% of what we cover, you'll make back your investment in January.
It's a no-brainer.
